Episode 006: Pre-award Risk Assessment

Every new federal grantee has to undergo an organizational review (a.k.a. a risk assessment) before receiving their federal grant award. It’s simply a way for the awarding agency to determine if the grantee has the financial stability and organizational capacity to implement their project. In this podcast, I discuss ways you can address some of the pre-award review criteria in your applications; this will not only make your proposals more competitive but it will make your federal program officer’s life a little easier down the road. (This might be the least romantic podcast available on Valentine’s Day.)
